The Hungarian Sweet Wax pepper is excellent for pickling and incorporating into salads or sandwiches. This pepper cultivar produces light yellow peppers that can be plucked young or allowed to mature to an orange-red tint. Hungarian Sweet Wax peppers are grown on tall, productive plants that reach a height of 24 inches.
