Refund policy

Per approval by our customer service department, we will offer you a choice of 1) a full and immediate product replacement, or 2) a store/site credit for the full amount of the order. If error is on the buyer's part, returns must be received in original condition within 14 days from date of receipt by buyer in order to receive store credit (buyer pays for return shipping charge).  No cash refunds will be granted.
