TAGETES erecta 'Crackerjack' (African Marigold - Crackerjack)
Tagetes Erecta commonly known as ‘Mexican Marigold’ or ‘Aztec Marigold’, is a species od flowering plant in the genus Tagetes native to Mexico. Despite its being native to Americans, it is often called ‘African Marigold’. In Mexico, this plant is found in the wild states of Mexico, Michoacán, Pubela, and Veracruz. African Marigolds are annuals that bloom from early summer until frost. African Marigolds are taller and more tolerant of hot, dry conditions than French Marigolds.
