Sparkler White Tip Radish (Raphanus sativus)
The Sparkler radish looks like a traditional raisin. It has tiny spheres with thin wiry taproots that are edible. The skin is two-toned, with a deep scarlet red on the top of the roots near the plant's leaves and a creamy white on the bottom half. The flesh of the Sparkler radish is translucent white and crisp yet tender. It has a mild, earthy flavour with a hint of sweetness.
