The Swiss Stone Pine is a beautiful European pine with a moderate growth rate. Leaves are delicate, with green to blue needles that are 2-5” long and come in five-packs. White stomatic lines can also be seen on the needles. Cones are small and oblong, with a greenish purple colour while young and a brown colour as they mature. The leaves of the Swiss Stone Pine are a dark green colour. Throughout the winter, the needles stay dark green.
