Peaches & Cream Hybrid Bi-color Sweet Corn (SE) (Zea mays)
Peaches and Cream Sweet Corn is a bicolor hybrid of white and yellow kernels that give each bite two distinct flavours. It's a sugary-enhanced (se) variety, which means it ripens a little sooner than regular varieties. Sugar-enhanced sweet corn can also be kept in the refrigerator for up to 10 days without losing flavour. Every bite of Peaches & Cream contains two distinct sweet flavours. It matures early in the season, grows to 6 feet tall with 8 1/2" long ears, and 18-20 rows of pretty bicolor kernels. A common favourite.
