Large Red Cherry Pepper, HOT (Capsicum annuum)
Cherry peppers got their name from their similarity to huge cherry. During the season, the 'Large Red Cherry' produces 1" to 1.5" wide pods. They come in a variety of colours, ranging from green to brilliant crimson. The peppers are delicious when packed with cheese and used fresh in salads or as a complement to sandwiches. Pickling them is also an option.
