Euonymus sieboldianus (Yeddo Euonymus)
This species may reach a height of 10 to 15 feet in the wild. The leaf blades are oval in shape with pointy ends and can reach a length of 15 cm. Their texture ranges from leathery to papery, with rough surfaces and somewhat wavy edges. A cymose cluster of many white blooms, each almost a centimetre across, forms the inflorescence. The four parts of the brown, yellowish, or reddish fruit capsule enclose brown seeds with orange arils.
