China Rose Pink Stem Radish, Sprouting (Raphanus sativus)
The young roots of the China rose radish are known as China Rose sprouts. These sprouts will have a tail-like appearance and will be made up of thin white and rose-hued stems. A pair of petite heart-shaped green leaves with visible light magenta coloured veins sit at the top of each stem. China Rose sprouts have a crisp, succulent texture as well as a spicy, radish-like flavour with a hint of sweetness.
