Parisian Carrot (Organic) (Daucus carota)
A common Heirloom French market variety that produces good yields of small round golf-ball shaped, well-flavored carrots (2.5-4 cm in diameter) and matures early. Ideal for planting in shallow or hard soils, as well as in containers. Cover shoulders to avoid greening and reduce carrot fly exposure. Carrot fly problems can be reduced by planting salad onions or dwarf marigolds alongside carrots.
