Pasilla Bajio Pepper, HOT (Capsicum annuum)
The Little Raisin produces productive, 3'-tall plants yielding plentiful, 6" to 12" elongated pods that are just 1" broad, and is named for its dark brown hue and raisin-like aroma when dried. They mature from medium green to dark brown, and while they can be consumed green like ordinary Chiles, they are most commonly dried on the plants and used in famous Mexican mole sauces.
