Baby Fordhook , Lima Bean (Phaseolus lunatus)
Baby Fordhook Lima is a small potato lime, less than half the size of the Fordhook. It is slightly larger than the white Dixie Butter Pea and starchier. Small 3-inch pods, seeds are difficult to find as the regular Fordhook strains are much more popular. It is easy to grow, but tedious to pick and shell. A good alternative if one wants potato lime flavor in small package. This bush bean produces small, delicately flavored lima beans.
