Tango , Leaf Lettuce (Lactuca sativa)
Tango is known as a Loose-Leaf Lettuce, but it resembles an Endive due to its highly curly, deeply cut, intensely green leaves, which mimic an old-fashioned crinoline. Tango is a simple to grow plant with a fine flavour and firm texture that frills when young, making it suitable for baby greens. Tango's form and colour complement the curly Lolla Rossa and little red Rubens.
